How an export order works
- Send your requirements. Use the Request a Quote page or add products to your enquiry list.
- Receive your quote. We confirm pricing, available quantities, shipping method and estimated delivery time for your destination.
- Confirm and pay. Payment terms are agreed in the quote before production or dispatch.
- Dispatch. Orders are packed for export and shipped by air or sea, depending on volume and urgency.
Minimum order quantities and lead times
Quantities and lead times vary by product and are confirmed in each quote. Tell us your expected volume so we can advise.
Shipping terms
We can quote on common international terms such as EXW, FOB and CIF. Please state your preferred term and destination port or airport.
Documents
Commercial invoice and packing list are provided with every export shipment. Other documents can be requested when you place your enquiry.
Customs and import duties
Import duties, taxes and local regulatory requirements in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. Contact us if you need help with product information for import registration.
